Xenagos' technical department is responsible for the complete installation, configuration, supervision and maintenance of the system. The professional technical team shares a rich curriculum in information technology and telecommunications, and assumes responsibility for:

- The management and control system
- Regular maintenance
- Troubleshooting and technical issues
- Real-time system supervision
- Periodic inspection and supervision
- Remote and telephone support
Xenagos' engineers and technicians are all ISO 9001: 2015 certified, and hold specific qualifications regarding their individual competencies. The entire team, without exception, give tests annually in a variety of different technologies and applications which are conducted by companies such as HP, Canon, Cisco, Apple, Google, Microsoft and others.
